Todd Gongwer is first and foremost a husband and a father. Beyond that, he has spent nearly twenty years developing his expertise in leadership, team, and cultural dynamics through a broad range of experiences spanning the world of business and athletics. He has held a number of senior executive level positions in companies ranging from entrepreneurial start-up to public entity. He also served for over a decade as an assistant college basketball coach for one of the most successful programs in the country during the 1990's.

Jeff Siemon graduated from Stanford University in 1972. While in college he played on two Rose Bowl championship teams, received “Pop Warner Award” for most outstanding senior on the West Coast and the Dick Butkus Award for best collegiate linebacker.

Art Erickson was raised in Chicago's near North side and grew up immersed in a 
family contract manufacturing enterprise with 600 employees that produced
cosmetic and dental products.
He came to St. Paul to attend Bethel University, where at 21, made an adult
commitment of his life to Jesus Christ. Within weeks he was involved in
Young Life, and this led to a speciic call to full-time ministry to youth. He soon
joined the Young Life staff and attended Bethel Seminary.
Art became the Young Life Minneapolis Suburban Area Director, and in nine
years developed and started eight Young Life clubs, including: St. Paul Murray,
Mound, Minnetonka, Richield, Eden Prairie, Orono, Robbinsdale, and Edina.
